Tionscnamh Oidhreachta ‘Discover Cork’

Bhí rang staire na hIdirbhliana 2016 ag obair ar thionscadail bunaithe ar an stair áitiúil go luath sa bhliain. Rinne siad taighde agus múnlaí agus chuir siad isteach ar an gcomórtas Discover Cork Schools Heritage Project. Bhuaigh Zoe & Róisín Ní Mhadáin an tríú áit sa chomórtas dá dtionscadal agus múnla de Phríosún na Cathrach. Bhuaigh Isobel Nic Cárthaigh, Lily Nic Gearailt & Róisín Nic Éigeartaigh an ceathrú áit sa chomórtas céanna dá gcuid taighde ar Pháirc Mhic Gearailt agus Droichead Uí Dhálaigh. D’fhreastail siad agus a gclanna ar shearmanas bronnta in Óstán Silver Springs áit ar bhronn Ard Mhéara na Cathrach duais agus dearbháin orthu. Maith sibh!
