We have now spent two weeks learning online from home and reports are positive from students and staff that all are adapting to the circumstances well. During classes students and teachers are learning new skills but one thing that has stood out to the school community as a whole is simply how amazing our students are. They have adapted, under difficult circumstances and have shown both self respect and respect for their peers and teachers. We are very proud of all their efforts. <\/i><\/p>\n

It’s important to keep this standard of working as high as it is currently and we are looking to the areas we can improve upon now. Regular communication is imperative at this time and there are different ways to contact us:<\/i><\/p>\n

– I<\/u>f your son\/daughter is struggling with individual subject links or is struggling with understanding certain aspects of a subject they can contact their subject teacher independently via google classroom.<\/i><\/p>\n

– If there are technical difficulties which you would like support with contact tacaiochtdigiteach@colaistedaibheid.ie.<\/i><\/p>\n

– If your son\/daughter cannot attend classes for any reason, please email oifig@colaistedaibheid.ie (parents only) and we will note their absence using the normal procedures. <\/i><\/p>\n

The daily text about classes missed will continue however we do understand there are many legitimate reasons to miss a lesson that are out of your control at the present time.<\/i><\/p>\n
