The school athletics club continues too go from strength to strength and training takes place Wednesdays from 13.25-14.25. Our students have an excellent opportunity to be fit and active with their friends.
\nWe usually do a short run to a local park where we do a strength and speed training session.
\nWe recently took part in the Southwest Munster Athletics Competition. We had a strong team of 25 students who all did extremely well. Three students will now go forward to the next stage of the competition in Waterford on February 23rd.
